Drawing territory maps that reps will actually use

A territory map is only as good as the last mile it describes. We layer postcode bands with visit heat and margin sensitivity so account managers see trade-offs, not just colors.

When traditional trade and modern trade coexist, we annotate "shared attention" zones instead of pretending hard walls exist. That honesty reduces rogue discounting because the map acknowledges ambiguity.

We also document what the map is not: it is not a litigation exhibit unless counsel says so, and it is not a headcount plan. Keeping scope tight prevents the artifact from becoming shelf-ware after launch.
