1. Controller
Connectlinker, operating at 149-7, Jukgokri, Dasa-eup, Dalseong-gun, Daegu, Korea, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and initial business inquiries, unless a separate data processing agreement governs an engagement.
2. Categories of data

3. Purposes
Data is used to respond to inquiries, operate and secure the site, analyze aggregated traffic if consented, maintain client records for contracted work, and comply with legal obligations.

Contact form submissions are retained up to twenty-four months unless a client relationship extends retention under contract. Logs rotate according to server configuration, typically under ninety days. You may request deletion subject to legal holds.

We use subprocessors (e.g., email and hosting providers) under appropriate agreements. If data is transferred outside Korea, we implement safeguards required by applicable Korean personal information protection rules and notify where necessary.

Subject to Korean law (Personal Information Protection Act and related rules), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and explanation of processing. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based without affecting prior lawful processing.
8. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical measures proportionate to risk — including access controls, TLS for transmission, and vendor due diligence. No method is perfectly secure; please use strong passwords and avoid sending credentials via email.
9. Children
This site is not directed to children under fourteen. We do not knowingly collect children's data for marketing.
10. Policy updates
We revise this notice when practices change materially. The "last updated" date reflects revisions. Material changes affecting active clients may be communicated directly where contact details exist.
