1. Scope
This policy applies to professional fees quoted on proposals for Connectlinker services. Prices shown on the site are indicative; binding fees appear in signed statements of work.
2. Eligibility for refund
If you cancel within fourteen (14) days of signing and before we commence substantive work (kickoff, data intake, or workshops), you may receive a full refund of amounts paid, minus non-recoverable third-party costs if disclosed in writing.
3. Partial performance
If work has started, refunds are calculated against milestones completed and hours expended at the rates in your proposal. Unused prepaid retainers may be refunded within thirty days of written cancellation where no further milestones are due.
4. Non-refundable items
Completed workshops, licensed third-party data, travel already incurred, and rush fees identified as non-refundable in the proposal are excluded from refunds.
5. Process
Email hello@connectlinker.digital with engagement name, invoice number, and reason. We acknowledge within five business days and respond with a calculation within fifteen business days.
6. Method and timing
Approved refunds return via original payment path where possible; otherwise bank transfer in KRW within fourteen business days of approval.
7. Korean consumer context
